Garcon Couture offers free shipping in United State and Canada on orders over $150. On orders under $150, Garcon Couture charges a flat rate of $20. Gift cards, tailor’s kits, and tape measures ship for free, but are not counted toward the $150 free shipping threshold.

* Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may take up to 5 weeks.

Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

Not at the moment, but we’re looking into changing that.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shoot us an email at, preferably before your order ships. If it’s already in transit, then no you can not.

Can I rush my order?

Yes, but it will cost you a rush fee of $100 dollars.

Alterations & Returns


GARCON COUTURE is a true custom made experience. Your suit, is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. We’re here to help. If for any reason your suit needs adjustments, contact our Customer Experience team or our local showroom and we will guide you through the process.


If your garments require fit adjustments, please bring them into our showroom and our tailor will alter them for you. Or if you are not in a showroom area, GARCON COUTURE will provide a reimbursement of up to $50 for local tailoring.

* To adjust your suit and claim your credit, please follow these steps:

  • Download & Print our Alteration Form: Use the visual guide to help you understand the ways a suit can be altered by an alteration service. Please note that alterations will also depend on the experience and expertise of your tailor. (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM)
  • Take Your Alteration Form & Suit to a Local Tailor: Have your tailor indicate all changes on our alteration form.
  •  Apply for an Alteration Credit: Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your alteration credit. You will also be asked to upload a photographed or scanned copy of your receipt as well as input the measurement changes made by your tailor.

* Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order if you are going to require alterations on your garment. Please Contact our Customer Care team.


Please note that we do not offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for a store credit in accordance with our terms and conditions

Return Policy

  • To be considered eligible for return, a return claim must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns will be reimbursed in the form of an GARCON COUTURE Gift Card.
  • GARCON COUTURE will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
  • GARCON COUTURE has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
  • GARCON COUTURE will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
  • Any items returned to GARCON COUTURE that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.

How much does GARCON COUTURE reimburse for local alterations?

We cover up to $50 for alterations in US or Canada. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.

How can I return a garment that has a quality or fabrication issue?

If there’s any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 5 days after receiving your order for assistance.



In order to make the best garments possible, Garconcouture uses your body measurements to create a completely custom made suit that’s meant to fit. We guide you through our online measurement process step-by-step with easy to follow videos. It only takes 10 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your own home. You don’t need a tailor, only a good friend. Don’t have a tape measure?( Get one will be providing the tape for $2)

You’ll be prompted to get measured once you’re ready to checkout — after choosing from a full selection of suits, shirts and outerwear and customizing the details to match your style.

Once your order is placed, one of our Master Tailors will take your body measurements and create a made to measure garment just for you.

Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?

Not at all. It’s simple. Take measures into your hands with our handy instructions

Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?

Afraid not. We need your actual body measure

How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?

Follow our handy instructions and you can’t go wrong. That said, there’s a chance some of your garments won’t fit the way you want right out of the box; minor alterations might be needed. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the cost. We want to make sure you’re happy, so it’s a breeze if you order again in the future.

Why was I contacted to redo certain measurements?

Our fancy computer system can predict a measurement range based on your age, height, and weight. It sure beats astrology and phrenology, but it’s still not an exact science. If any of your measurements look off, we just want you to double-check them.

Do you make clothing for women?

In a word, yes, we make suits for women; however, our styles and patterning process are primarily designed to flatter the typical man’s build. Our suit cuts and designs may not be specific for women’s bodies, but we can customize our suits in some ways to try and make them a better fit for you. We have had some very satisfied female customers who are looking for a more masculine fit.

Can I order just a suit jacket?

Can I make my two-piece suit into a three-piece?

All our suits come in two-piece and three-piece. If you already placed your order and want to add a vest, just shoot us an email at

I just placed an order. Can I change the customizations?

Please contact our Customer Experience Team Via email as soon as possible and within 24 hours after submitting your order for help. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order, so make sure you double check your fabric selection, measurements and customizations before submitting.

Why don’t my pockets open?

We apply temporary stitching to pockets and vents to maintain the integrity of your suit during shipment. This is meant to be temporary. Please remove the stitching with a trusty pair of scissors. Careful now

Can I make customizations that are not on the website?

Not at the moment, but we’d love to hear what you have in mind so we can make it happen in the future

Are the shirts dry clean only or can I machine-wash them?

Most of our shirts can be machine washed on a cold cycle and tumble dried on a low heat. To be safe, double-check the care instructions on the tag inside your shirt to make sure.

Do you make suits for children?

​No – only for inner children. Some day, perhaps. They are the future.
