We will only start on the new order until we get the old order back. Items must sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks after your item(s) are received.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
GarçonCouture LLC. is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return.
To be considered eligible for return, a return claim must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be reimbursed in the form of an GARCON COUTURE Gift Card.
GARCON COUTURE will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
GARCON COUTURE has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
GARCON COUTURE will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
Any items returned to GARCON COUTURE that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
